Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every company's data is isolated so no other company can read it.

How does a client approve an estimate?

They open the link you send, review the line items, and sign with an e-signature — no login needed.

Can I edit an estimate after sending it?

Yes while it's draft or sent. After approval it locks, and scope changes go on a change order.

Where are the photos my crew took?

On the project's Photos tab, together with daily-log and uploaded files.

How do I log an expense?

From the project's costing tab, on the cost line it belongs to, with a receipt photo attached.

Will SiteView track my profit?

Yes — project costing compares planned vs. actual in real time.

Can clients pay invoices online?

Yes, through your own Stripe or Square account. You can also record checks, cash, and ACH manually.

Why does an invoice still show unpaid?

The balance follows recorded, completed payments; manual payments have to be entered.

Does SiteView sync with QuickBooks Online?

Yes — connect it in Settings → Integrations to sync invoices, expenses, and vendors.

Is there a mobile app?
