Is a credit card required to try SiteView?⌄
No. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Private beta participants don't need a card either — billing only starts if you choose to continue on a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual if you prefer the discount) and you can cancel from your billing settings at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
What happens after the free trial or beta?⌄
We'll let you know before any charge. You can pick a plan, downgrade, or walk away. Your data stays exportable either way.
Is my data private?⌄
Yes. Your jobs, clients, and financial data belong to you. We don't sell data, and your company workspace is isolated from other accounts.
Can I use SiteView on mobile?⌄
Yes. SiteView is built mobile-first for the field — estimates, daily logs, receipts, and approvals all work from your phone.
Does SiteView replace QuickBooks?⌄
No. SiteView focuses on the job workflow — estimates, costing, change orders, invoices, and client updates. We're building QuickBooks Online sync so your invoices and bills can flow into your accounting system.
Does SiteView support online payments?⌄
Online payment support via Stripe is rolling out during the beta. Until your contractor-owned Stripe account is fully connected, invoices can still be sent and tracked as paid manually.
