SiteView started on a remodeling project site. We were running real jobs out of spreadsheets, text threads, and email — and losing approvals, expenses, and small change orders in the process.

Why we built this

Most construction software is either built for huge GCs with full-time office staff, or oversimplified to-do apps that don't understand how a real job flows. We wanted something in the middle: an app a remodeler, GC, or specialty trade can actually use on Monday morning.

What we believe

• Estimates, approvals, and invoices belong in one place — not three.
• Project costing should be honest. Estimated vs. actual, in plain numbers.
• Tools have to work in the field, not just in the office.
• Software shouldn't make a contractor feel dumb. It should feel like a foreman, not a database.

Who we are

SiteView is built and operated by the team behind Regent Design Build, a DFW-based remodeling company. Every feature is tested on real client jobs before it ships.
