1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SiteView (the "Service"), provided by SiteView, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, uploading malicious code, or using it in violation of applicable law.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant SiteView a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' terms.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SiteView does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial calculations and integrations will be free of defects. You are responsible for verifying any financial data before relying on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
