Set Up Your Company Profile and Settings

A few minutes in Settings up-front will make every estimate, invoice, and client touchpoint look polished.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings → Company. Fill in your business name, address, phone, email, and website.
  2. Upload your logo. We'll use it on estimate and invoice PDFs and on the client portal.
  3. In Settings → Estimates, set your default markup and tax rate so you don't have to set them per line.
  4. In Settings → Invoices, set default payment terms and (optionally) connect Stripe or Square for online payments.
  5. Invite the rest of your team from Settings → Team. Assign each user a role so permissions are scoped to what they actually need.

Tips

  • Use a clean square logo on a transparent or white background for best results in PDFs.
  • Texas users: state default is Texas, so client/project forms default to TX.
