Getting Started with SiteView

A quick walkthrough of what to set up first so SiteView is useful on day one.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to SiteView and open Settings → Company. Add your business name, logo, address, and contact info — these show up on your estimates and invoices.
  2. Invite your team from Settings → Team. Each person gets their own login and role-based permissions.
  3. Add your first client from Clients → New Client. Include the project address so it can be reused on estimates.
  4. Create an estimate from Estimates → New Estimate. Pick the client, add sections and line items, and save.
  5. Send the estimate to the client. They can review and approve with an e-signature from any device.
  6. When the estimate is approved, SiteView automatically creates the project so you can start project costing.

Tips

  • Set your default markup once in Settings → Estimates so you don't have to set it on every line.
  • Install SiteView on your phone (Add to Home Screen) so the field crew has it on the truck.
