Effective date: April 20, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and SiteView ("we", "us", "our") for use of SiteView (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You may not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (c) rent, lease, sublicense, or resell access to the Service; (d) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you upload or create within the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit User Content solely to provide the Service.
The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and email providers. Your use of those integrations is governed by the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
If the Service is provided on a paid subscription basis, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
